Vessel Condition Assessment

We as managers, look for ways to maintain asset integrity and potentially retrofit our vessels for extended service in a safer, more reliable and compliant manner. We also protect the investment value of our assets while maintaining the safety and efficiency of operations. We perform risk-based technical inspection and determine service requirements, as well as the overall maintenance and repair estimates. We manage the vessels at real economical cost.

On-board repair, maintenance and installation

We assist and ensure standard On-board repair and routine maintenance tasks based on PMS. We have exclusive contracts with various manufacturers, makers, repairing facilities and shipyards and share good relations with them that enables us to achieve our tasks timely basis.

Fluid Analysis Services

We have comprehensive agreement with global Fluid Analysis company having centers at various locations providing ease of sampling of bunkers and lube oils.

Worldwide Agency Support

We have contracted one global agency to handle all our husbandry matters throughout the world, thereby allowing us to reduce our time and effort in negotiations, appointment and pre-funding.

Lube oil Supply Service

We have agreement with oil major company to supply lube oil in all our vessels throughout the world at reduced rate.

Our HSSEQ team provides the structured set of controls for managing HSSEQ in our vessels. Our HSSEQ management assists vessel staff at all levels to understand the importance of specific risks, delivers the processes to manage & control them.

Additionally, they align with oil major requirements and other international requirements for shipping business. They update the vessels with new national and international regulations that are in force or going to be in force in future. HSSEQ team supports vessels to implement safety in all operations and take care of environment.

We have made a long standing commitment to invest in training of our officers and crew. We intend to remain competitive maintaining international standards as well as keep our employees satisfied and motivated. We conduct a series of in-house training modules and engagement tools like LET, training and workshop on commercial operation and safety and maintenance.

Vessel staffs are given On-Job training during their stay in vessels. Our Marine Superintendents visit vessels to provide training and refresher courses to vessel staffs for new regulations, promotional requirements and SMS implementation.

We have offered our vessels in commercial management to Maersk Tankers, MOL, K-line and IINO in long term time-charter. Recently, Fuyo took a historic decision to participate in pool setup and have collaborated with Maersk Handytankers as pool partner to optimize the best earning in the current market situation.

Our vision is to expand our Ship Management business and provide full ship - management services, including commercial management under one umbrella to third party vessels.

We avail well trained personnel of all ranks through our crewing agencies in Philippines, Korea, Myanmar and Eastern Europe. Our highly experienced crewing offices have a reputation for supporting seafarers which has enabled our company to avail officers and crew as per our requirement. Our extensive database assists the company in responding to all situations in a relevant and timely manner.

Payroll

As a competent crew manager we have the facilities to provide full payroll services, including:

• Record earnings and deductions
• Assign payments via bank transfer and cash
• Calculate gross to net based on local, national and international requirements

Travel, Logistics and Visas

We arrange accommodation, visa and travel logistics to ensure timely and efficient crew changes. Our team are adept at problem solving which allows them to address any foreseen or unforeseen issues in the most efficient and effective manner.

Qualified and Trained Crew

We recruit highly qualified, reliable and trained crew on our vessels. We value crew training and family care and this has resulted in bringing down our attrition rate.

Our operations team gets involved in the day to day operations of vessels including navigational safety, cargo, ballast and tank cleaning and inspections. They analyze and monitor the voyage orders and ensure full operational support to master to ensure potential problems are averted. They provide guidance to Masters in completing various questionnaires from terminals and oil majors. They are also involved actively in Emergency Response Team if situation might arise.

• Handling of claims and charter party disputes.
• Negotiating Port disbursement accounts and calculating laytime and demurrage.
• Planning and execution of owners matters at various ports.

• Safe cargo operations including tank cleaning to avoid any cargo claim.

We follow a systematic process of purchasing, operating and selling of our assets cost-effectively. Market variables hugely affect our decisions on new building vessels. We take decisions based on entire life cycle of assets.
